Empowering women will contribute to the Moroccon Economy

Empowering Women as Future Business Leaders and Supporting Entrepreneurs and Small Business will be special discussions taking place at The Morocco Summit - Gateway to Unlimited Opportunities, to be held on 19-21 November in Rabat, Kingdom of Morocco.

The Morocco Summit Production Manager, Danish Shaikh says: “We are pleased that Mrs Haifa Fahoum Al Kaylani, the Founder Chairman of the Arab International Women's Forum will be discussing and sharing strategies on how to empower women as future business leaders, followed by Mr Torek R. Farhadi, Senior Adviser at the International Trade Centre, ITC, who will be speaking about supporting entrepreneurs and small business. We believe that such discussions will help in developing more business leaders from Morocco and other Maghreb countries where there is immense human resource capital and potential.

He continues, “The current regional demographic profile includes a huge youth population, together with greater female participation in the workforce which is why it
is imperative to utilize the human or workforce capital which will in-turn help develop stronger economies”.

The Morocco Summit is a key industry meeting which will bring together organizations looking to develop their business in the region along with government and inter-government agencies. Key Moroccan government officials, international chambers of commerce, investment promotion agencies, equity directors, venture capitalists, chief investment officers, international investors among many others will be attending the summit.
