Princess Lalla Fatim Zahra, the mother
of Morocco’s ambassador in London, Chrifa Lalla Joumala Alaoui, died on
Sunday morning in Tetouan, at the age of 84, according to Moroccan news
outlet le 360.
Princess Lalla Fatim Zahra is a daughter of the late King Mohammed V and aunt of King Mohammed VI.
Sister of the late King Hassan II, she
is the widow of Prince Moulay Ali. The funeral will take place this
Sunday at the Ahl Fass mosque after Asr prayer.
